All students in Iqra’ Academy are required to wear a uniform while in school. For your convenience, the school will direct you to warehouses and websites that carry the specified uniform.

The uniform for boys is:

• Plain white  (polo style or dress shirt- No T-shirt)
• Navy Blue pants
• White, black or navy socks. Black shoes or sneakers, white sneakers are acceptable (closed toe-shoes only, no sandals), Velcro shoes only for children who cannot tie their own shoes).
• No shorts or jewelry.

The uniform for girls is:

• Plain white (polo style or dress shirt- No T-shirt)
• Long sleeve shirts for Grade 4 and up. Shirts for the girls in Grades 4 and up must be long to cover the hips and back.
• Navy skirt/jumper for grades k – 4. Navy pants may be worn under the jumpers by girls in K to Grade 4. Black

Over garments or skirts for all girls who have reached the age of puberty, regardless of the grade.

• White scarfs. White, black or navy socks/stockings/leggings. Black shoes or sneakers, white sneakers are acceptable (closed toe-shoes only, no sandals), velcro shoes only for children who cannot tie their own shoes).
• Girls are required to wear the headscarf all day.
• No nail polish, make-up, or jewelry

Students need to have clean and pressed clothes at all times. No shabby or ripped clothes will be allowed. Students not abiding by the uniform policy will be given 2 verbal warnings followed by a written note to parents per semester. Afterward, students not wearing proper uniforms will not be allowed in the classroom. Students wearing Islamically improper clothes will not be allowed in the classroom. Parents will be called right away.
