Minimum Qualifications: Applicants should have good Islamic values, good knowledge of Islam and fluency in the English Language. Applicants should have Bachelors degree or higher in closely related fields and should be authorized to work in the U.S.A. Good Communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications: Applicants for teaching positions should have some experience teaching in the U.S. Teacher certified in related field or willing to be certified is preferable. Experience working socio-economically disadvantaged and culturally diverse backgrounds is also preferred.
